Terms And Conditions
- Two machines or more are delivered on to site free of charge. (but Subject to Site Survey)
one machine only is subject to a £120 one off delivery and installation charge...
- All machines needs to be insured against damage by you the vendor for a sum of £1000 each
- All machines Must be PAT tested and re- certificated every 12 months by you the vendor, prior to Signature vending commissioning in any machines operational and issueing any keys. (approx £15 per year)
- All machines are payable every 13 weeks in advance at £195 each (no vat applies)
- Signature vending reserve the right to remove the machine if rental is not paid or over due, if the Machines are subject to frequent damage & vandalism or if the machines are rendered and kept in a Poor sanitary condition, the only legal obligation by you the vendor is for block periods of 13 weeks
- All servicing, parts and Labour, unless vandalised are to be covered by Signature vending Limited.
- As with any other business, liability insurance in regards to food hygiene & any personnel injury needs to be Provided by you the vendor & not by Signature Vending Limited. (we can provide Liability insurance via our insurers M&M Partnership at an extra fee)
- For your legal protection a rental agreement agreeing to the above terms & conditions will need to be Signed and witnessed prior to Signature Vending Limited providing any machines
